This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders within Australia. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
2. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to residential and commercial addresses across Australia.
At this time, we do not offer:
International shipping
Delivery to PO Boxes is available only where supported by the selected courier.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The following delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence after your order has been dispatched.
Victoria (VIC)
Approximately 1–3 business days
New South Wales (NSW), South Australia (SA) & Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
Approximately 2–5 business days
Queensland (QLD)
Approximately 3–6 business days
Tasmania (TAS)
Approximately 4–7 business days
Western Australia (WA)
Approximately 5–10 business days
Northern Territory (NT)
Approximately 5–10 business days
Regional and remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak periods or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees start from AUD $16 and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order.
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders of AUD $200 or more.
From time to time, we may offer additional shipping promotions or discounted shipping on selected products.
The final shipping cost, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Fragile Items
Many of our products, including ceramic mugs, candle holders and decorative homewares, are fragile.
We take great care to package all fragile items using protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Photographs of the damaged item(s)
Photographs of the external packaging
This information helps us investigate the issue with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
6. Lost, Delayed or Missing Deliveries
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier.
If your parcel is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier.
Where tracking confirms that a parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided, Anyee Collection is not responsible for parcels that are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
7. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the ACL.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order so that we can investigate the issue and assist you promptly.
